Over the course of several months, I only left the house to buy bread, sometimes prolonging the walk to a nearby park and a graveyard. In the void of Covid-19, I began creating staged selfportraits as a means to construct an alternate reality where my time was used in an inspirational, flamboyant and useful way.
Inspired by Hayley Newman’s and Iiu Susiraja’s works, these pictures were taken with a self-timer and became my daily score to beat the quarantine.
